Indian Oil recruitment of marketing and HR professionals December 2014

Indian Oil is a globally reputed energy company. It operates a massive network of refineries and pipelines, which happens to be one of Asia’s largest networks. The company is inviting applications from qualified professionals for recruitment as Officers in Marketing and Human Resource Management.

Qualifications required
1. For Marketing Management: You should have a 2-year full-time regular PG Diploma / Masters Degree in Business Management with specialization in marketing management or equivalent qualification from a recognized Indian university / institute.

2. For Human Resource Management: You should have a 2-year full-time regular PG Diploma / Masters Degree in Human Resource/Personnel Management and Industrial Relations/Social Work or equivalent qualification from a recognized Indian university / institute.

How to apply
1. For marketing management: Candidates are required to appear for the UGC-NET exam in ‘Management’ (Subject code 17)

2. For human resource management: Candidates are required to appear for the UGC-NET exam in ‘Labour Welfare/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Labour and Social Welfare/Human Resource Management’ (Subject code 55).

Candidates need to apply online separately for UGC-NET exam and then IndianOil. While applying at the IndianOil website, you will need to mention your UGC-NET registration number.

Important Dates
The online application module will be live on 7th November, 2014 and will remain open till 28th December, 2014.

Selection process
Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of scores obtained in the UGC-NET exam of December 2014 (Scores from previous UGC-NET exams is invalid) and will be called for group discussion/group task and personal interview
