Royal University for Women Bahrain recruitment of Senior Secretary

The Royal University for Women (RUW) invites applications from eligible candidates for the post of Senior Secretary in the Administration Department. Graduates who can manage work independently and are having some secretarial experience can apply. Applications must be sent via email to the university's HR Manager.

Brief Job Profile
You will be having a full-time administrative role, reporting to the Director of Administration. You will perform the requisite everyday functions of this office. You should be able to perform varied multiple tasks confidently and independently, at the same time maintaining confidentiality. You should be self-motivated to serve as the primary office contact person. 


Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's Degree
2. Experience: At least 3 years experience in a secretarial post
3. Skills:
  • Must be proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Should have good time management and organisational skills
  • Should be able to multi-task in a busy office environment
  • Should have strong interpersonal skills
Desired Criteria: Awareness of internal audit processes related to ISO 9001:2008 QMS
